NXTLevel Hockey Academy's weight training facility...THE FACTORY boasts STATE of THE ART strength equipment from Sorinex and Rogue to provide our athletes the necessary edge for building a strong athletic frame, ultimately enabling them to excel on the ice. Our soft plyometric boxes help to build overall quickness and power, while safely challenging their athletic comfort zones. Russian plyometric boxes mimic the skating stride, permitting athletes to train for a longer, more explosive stride. Our slide boards are utilized in a variety of ways to enhance and develop skating-specific muscles.
Our fully equipped gym is one of the many tools that allow our Master Athletic Trainers to take NHLA Athletes to the NXTLevel...here are just a few more services our Trainers provide:
